Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Overview of Services
Voltera offers an innovative suite of lead generation services through its LeadGPT platform, enabling clients to identify, engage, and convert leads using AI-driven strategies. The services covered by this SLA include:
- Custom Domain Management: Setting up and managing email domains for personalized outreach efforts.
- Deliverability Strategy: Enhancing email deliverability to ensure optimal inbox placement.
- Lead Discovery & Qualification: Targeting and identifying high-potential leads aligned with the Client’s ideal customer profile.
- Email Template Creation: Developing personalized email templates tailored to the Client’s target audience.
- Lead Engagement: Executing email outreach and follow-ups to engage leads effectively.
2. Implementation and Setup Process
- Discovery and Strategic Alignment (Days 0–5): Understanding your business, audience, and goals, defining KPIs, and creating a tailored strategy.
- Campaign Infrastructure Setup (Days 6–15): Establishing email domains, configuring DNS records, and implementing email warming protocols.
- Lead Identification & Content Creation (Days 16–25): Developing personalized email templates and sourcing high-potential leads.
- Campaign Launch & Initial Outreach (Days 26–35): Sending emails to leads and tracking engagement metrics.
- Lead Nurturing & Continuous Optimization (Day 36–Ongoing): Nurturing leads through follow-ups and optimizing the campaign.
- Meeting Coordination & Conversion (Day 40–Ongoing): Scheduling meetings between your sales team and qualified leads.
- Ongoing Support & Review (Day 45–Ongoing): Regular check-ins and detailed quarterly reports.
3. Engagement Models and Payment Structure
- Pay-Per-Lead: Payment is based on the volume of qualified leads delivered within the specified campaign criteria.
Custom pricing options are available upon request. Voltera will work with clients to design a tailored service package.
4. Performance and Quality Metrics
- Lead Generation Commitment: Voltera pledges to generate the agreed-upon number of qualified leads within 90 days.
- Service Delivery Timeliness: The setup process is to be completed within 40 days.
- Response Time for Client Inquiries: Voltera will respond to queries within 3 business days.
- Lead Quality Assurance: Leads will meet the criteria specified during the initial consultation.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provision of Key Information: Provide relevant information on target audience and goals.
- Prompt Approval of Campaign Materials: Review and approve materials promptly.
- Ongoing Collaboration: Actively engage with Voltera for feedback and insight.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
- Confidentiality Clause: Safeguard confidential information and refrain from disclosing it to third parties.
- Data Security Protocols: Ensure data security and compliance with privacy laws.
7. Termination Conditions
- Termination by Notice: Either party can terminate with 30 days' notice.
- Immediate Termination for Breach: Immediate termination if a breach is not corrected within 15 days.
- In the Event of Termination:
- Cease all work and services; any outstanding fees will be due immediately.
- Confidentiality and data protection provisions will remain in effect.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Limit on Liability: Voltera’s liability will not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 6 months.
- Exclusion of Consequential Damages: Voltera will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution Process
- Mediation & Negotiation: Attempt resolution through direct communication.
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration in Hong Kong.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their control.
11. Intellectual Property Ownership
- Voltera’s Ownership Rights: Voltera retains ownership of all associated intellectual property.
- Client Usage Rights: Client is granted a non-exclusive license for internal business purposes.
12. Amendments and Modifications
Any changes must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives.
13. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Acknowledgment
By engaging in the services provided by Voltera, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Level Agreement.
