Challenge:

Sales operating control.

Solution:

Each store was supplied with additional software, integrated with the cash-registers.

The software from each store aggregates information to a centralized server, and promptly tracks deviations.

Challenge:

Employees’ KPIs control at the atomic level.

Solution:

The algorithms notify employees if KPIs performance is off target for a couple of days and provide recommendations on what can be improved through work.

Challenge:

The solution should track KPIs and the average time of customers at the cash-desk that needs to be relevant to the number of items in a cheque.

Solution:

The system tracks daily how well the employees offer clients additional items, providing analysis, that allows the company not to lose profit every day.
